I’m starting to suspect my male cat might have diabetes. He turned 4 years old November, 2010. He seems to be peeing and drinking alot. In the past week or two i have been really thirsty so i have been using the toilet more fequently, dizzy, blurred vision and arm and leg cramps. i sometimes can’t stop shaking until i have something to eat which my appetite has increased. i don’t know if i am worrying for nothing because i was tested for diabetes about 11 months ago so i’m not sure if anything could have happened in a year. I am 17 now so i’m not sure if diabetes is common in teenagers. Thankyou, any help or advice is much appreciated.

well a while ago i went to my uncles and he tested my blood sugar using my pinkie and it came up 81 but then he tested my index finger like 20 minuters later and i didnt have anything to eat or drink in that period and it was 100????
